Welcome to NHS Ealing (Primary Care Trust)
We invest in local NHS services on behalf of the 315,000 people living in Ealing. These include services in the community provided by GPs (doctors), nurses, dentists, opticians and pharmacists.
We work with local hospitals and specialist healthcare organisations to help provide treatment for residents who need hospital or specialist care.
We also work with Ealing Council to help promote good health among residents and to support vulnerable people who are eligible for social care.
We support local GPs who are due to take on more responsibility for managing local health services, as part of Government changes to the NHS. To enable this, we now have a shared management structure with neighbouring NHS Hillingdon and NHS Hounslowas part of a new partnership of all eight PCTs in this part of London called NHS North West London.
